The poartable gantry cranes are easy to move, quick to disassemble and assemble, and occupy a small area. The structural design is reasonable, can withstand a weight of 500 to 10,000 kilograms, and the span can reach 10 meters.
The belt brake of the small gantry crane can be moved on the ground on the bearing universal wheel. With accessories such as electric hoists or manual hoists, chain blocks or monorail cars, the mechanization of lifting is realized, which can reduce manpower and production costs and improve work efficiency.

Characteristics

Main Beam (Girder): This horizontal beam spans across the width of the crane and supports the load directly. It is typically the main structure of the crane that holds the hoist.

Legs (A-Frame or Gantry Legs): The legs are vertical supports that connect the main beam to the ground or casters. These are often A-frame in design to add stability.

Hoist and Trolley: The hoist is the lifting device attached to the crane and moves horizontally along the main beam. It is operated manually, electrically, or pneumatically. The trolley is the mechanism on which the hoist travels along the girder.
